I'm going to pair mine with the upcoming accoustic synth from Korg the Phase 8. I think they will complement each other nicely.

I didn't think this would turn into a full video…but in the end I decided why not share my first experiments with this. There is much more to be explored. For example recording knob movements!

It's very logical looking. Should be ambient in a box.
Hey! I only had a short time to play around yesterday, but I agree. It's very logical and simple in its layout, which is a plus. A good all in one bettermaker :) In terms of ambient music one downside may be that delay and reverb are mutually exclusive, but overall it's really nice!

I am not musician or producer, only I want to buy this thing to start to make my own samples and some beats, and this is excellent to understand, because sometimes when I see other videos, only touch alot of things without explaining and make me feel that it is hard to use. I need an audio interface to use the EP 133? :( I want to buy one but i have so many doubts
Hey! In order to record into the computer, yes you need an audio interface.
@@SONWU thank you so much for you answer! I already bought my ep 133 and my focusrite Scarlett solo 4th gen to record the audio in my PC! I already understand so much of this universe of KO II for you and your videos, thanks sonwu. My ep 133 arrives tomorrow:’)

I was wondering too. Also can i sample from any device i plug in the output? Like playing spotify on my phone?
Yes, to record into the computer you need an interface. There are other samplers that have audio interfaces built in already though, if that interests you more.
@@ZTEARS333 Anything you plug into the INPUT can be sampled, yes!
For less money, Onament and crime seems more useful...

Had an Analog4 for a while… really great sounds… just didn’t love the ui.
I understand…I couldn’t cope with the mk1 but mk2 is alright to me :)
This device looks like the Casio VL-1 that amused me as a teen in the early '80s. It certainly doesn't sound like one though. Amazing.

Thanks for the tutorial. I owned an original OP1 twice, and now I have a field. To be honest the pulse engine has always been a bit of a head scratcher for me, and your video has helped me understand what’s going on a little better. I appreciate your videos, however I still think the pulse engine is pretty much useless especially now that we have the dimension engine. The filter in pulse has got to be one of the worst sounding filters I have ever heard, with all the clipping that happens when you close it. I also can’t stand the hard wired filter envelope amount. It just feels like the whole engine is just a preset that can be altered slightly.

Right at the start, it comes with the same crap, throw away (♻) foam and a couple of useless rubber bands. FFS, TE. You want two grand for this? Include a decent case.
